This is done preferably at time of installation, but must be done prior
to returning a pump for service, whether in or out of warranty. Please
provide the following information in the spaces provided under “Pump
Registration”:
If pump problems arise during the warranty period, call us for a RETURN
GOODS AUTHORIZATION if next day repair/replacement service is desired.
Register your pump at this time if this has not been done previously.
Fabtek Aero will ship you a new or like new rebuilt pump via UPS GROUND
freight prepaid no later than the following business day. Next Day Air
or other alternate method shipping charges are the responsibility of
those requesting it. You will need to provide a “Core Charge” deposit
in the amount of $150.00 on your Company Charge Card and ship your failed
pump back freight prepaid. We cannot accept pumps shipped freight collect.
Your Core Charge will be credited to your charge card immediately when
the failed pump is received at the factory.
