This custom skid package included an electro-polished stainless steel boiler feed tank with a steam pre-heat tube with temperature control, a control panel, a code blow down separator, and a water softener built right into the pallet.

The customer placed this skid in a boiler room as one complete package and only had to hire labor to connect the water and drain supply lines to one complete unit, saving thousands of dollars in labor.

• We had a customer who needed a 500 Gallon Boiler feed tank for a 500 HP boiler. His problem was that he only had a 36 inch wide opening to fit it in. Our solution for him was to build an enormous stainless steel box with the support framing on the inside. The result was that the customer was able to slide his boiler feed tank into his room with a forklift without any modification necessary to his building.
